As an experienced Engineer in the field of Turning, Grinding, and Honing, your main responsibilities will include: - Daily troubleshooting, improvement projects, and sustenance of processes - Providing training to operators and setters - Defining concepts for new investments and overseeing the pre & final acceptance of new machines - Conducting trials for new development parts - Supporting in reducing rejection rates and driving cost-saving projects - Collaborating with Central Technology for knowledge sharing Additionally, you will be expected to perform any tasks assigned by your superior that are related to your core duties. To qualify for this role, you should have: - B.E. or Diploma in Mechanical/Production Engineering or equivalent - 5-8 years of experience in Turning, Grinding, and Honing - Basic SAP knowledge - Technical expertise in Turning, Grinding, and Honing processes - Ability to drive technological improvements, troubleshoot issues, lead cost-saving projects, and provide training for operational excellence - Familiarity with various suppliers for machines and consumables such as cutting tools and abrasives.,
