Manufacturing Manager - Robotics

Roles & Responsibilities:
End-to-end ownership of Robot production/assembly & Quality Assurance functionResponsible for daily assembly plant operations to ensure all relevant SLAs are met with respect to project delivery timelinesEnsuring conformance of manufactured products to Quality and Design specifications Manage workflow of robot assembly, oversee the completion of activities and communicate progress to stakeholdersCollaborate with a cross functional team to ensure seamless production.Develop MIS dashboards and monitor all operational KPIs for production and quality assurance functionsDesign & develop standard operating procedures for production & quality assurance

Requirements:
Strong command over management of plant operations & quality assurance functionsJob requires extensive cross-functional collaborationStructured & analytical thinkingGood knowledge of industrial engineering, electro-mechanical assembly operations & quality controlGood understanding of electronic components & EMS

Good to Have:
Knowledge about Robotic and warehouse industry.Black belt in six sigmaEligible Candidates: Desired Qualification: B Tech - Electronics/Mechatronics engineering
