Manufacturing Engineer - Aerospace

As an experienced candidate in the Aerospace Industry, you will be responsible for the following key areas: Role Overview: You will be tasked with developing assembly manufacturing processes using the CATIA V5 platform, ensuring alignment with engineering requirements. Additionally, you will analyze and implement changes to existing assembly processes, collaborating with various teams to support the industrialization of assembly products. Key Responsibilities: - Develop assembly manufacturing processes in line with engineering requirements using CATIA V5. - Analyze and implement changes to existing assembly processes, ensuring updates are reflected in the ERP system. - Collaborate with Tooling, Industrial Engineering, Quality, Production, and Supply Chain teams to support the industrialization of assembly products. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in 2D & 3D drawing interpretation in accordance with ASME Y14.100 and ASME Y14.5-1994/2009 standards. - Ability to interpret global specifications related to aerostructure assemblies. - Skilled in assessing contract compliance and product/service quality. - Preparation of process sheets based on engineering drawings. - Knowledge of Materials & Processes (M&P), aerospace materials, and related regulatory requirements (e.g., burn properties, approvals). - Familiarity with PPAP, PFMEA, Six Sigma, 8D, and APQP methodologies. - Hands-on experience with SAP, CATIA, 3D Viewer, and MS Office Suite. In addition, you will need to exhibit the following soft skills and behavioral competencies: - Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams. - Demonstrated ability to align solutions with strategic and business objectives. - Experience with product development and stage-gated processes. - Strong organizational skills with proven success working in a matrix environment.,
