Manufacturing Data Analytics & AI Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking professional to lead our global data and AI initiatives across manufacturing operations.
This role offers the opportunity to shape our Data Analytics, Data Strategy, and Artificial Intelligence roadmap, ensuring that innovation and business objectives move hand in hand.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing environments, deep technical knowledge of ERP and MES systems, and a proven record of turning data into measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the global strategy for Data Analytics, Data Strategy, and AI within manufacturing.
  
• Partner with IT, production, and business units to identify, evaluate, and implement impactful use cases.
  
• Lead and oversee AI project execution, ensuring on-time delivery, data integrity, and tangible ROI.
  
• Embed data-driven insights and AI solutions into core business and production workflows.
  
• Act as a technical expert for ERP, MES, and other digital manufacturing systems.
  
• Champion innovation and continuous improvement in analytics and AI technologies.
  
• Engage stakeholders globally, communicating findings, trends, and strategic recommendations effectively.
  

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Masters degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Data Analytics, Data Strategy, and AI domains.
  
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience within a large-scale or multinational organization (preferred).
  
• Demonstrated success in leading AI or advanced analytics projects.
  
• Strong understanding of ERP and MES systems and their integration with analytics tools.
  
• Solid grasp of data governance, security, and compliance principles.
