Manufacturing Data Analytics & AI Manager

Role Overview: Do you want to help solve the world's most pressing challenges AGCO is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead their Global processing for Data Analytics, Data Strategy, and Artificial Intelligence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in these fields with over 5 years of experience and possess exceptional technical skills and knowledge of systems such as ERP and MES. This role requires a visionary leader who can drive innovation, oversee AI projects, and ensure the strategic alignment of data initiatives with business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the Global Program for Data Analytics, Data Strategy, and Artificial Intelligence. - Collaborate with IT and Production for Use case identification evaluation and realization. Oversee the execution of AI projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and deliver business value. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data analytics and AI solutions into business processes. - Provide technical leadership and guidance on systems such as ERP and MES. - Drive innovation in data analytics and AI, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, presenting insights and recommendations. Qualifications Required: - Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Over 5 years of experience in data analytics, data strategy, and artificial intelligence. 5 Year or more manufacturing Experience, Large-scale organization is preferred (MNC). - Proven experience in leading and managing AI projects. - Strong technical skills and knowledge of systems such as ERP and MES. - Excellent understanding of data governance, security, and compliance.
