Job Description

6+ years Experience Role Overview: Were looking for a meticulous Manual Tester who has hands-on experience with Selenium or Tosca automation tools to enhance our testing processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, executing, and maintaining test cases to ensure software quality and reliability. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute detailed manual test cases for functional, regression, and integration testing Work closely with the development and business teams to understand requirements and design test scenarios Utilize Selenium or Tosca tools to automate test scripts or assist automation teams as needed Report defects clearly and track them through resolution Participate in test planning, review meetings, and status reporting Ensure test coverage across applications and business flows Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-release validation Required Skills & Experience: 6+ years of experience in manual testing with exposure to automation tools like Selenium or Tosca Strong understanding of software testing life cycle (STLC) and methodologies Ability to write clear and comprehensive test cases and defect reports Experience in testing web and desktop applications Familiarity with test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar Good communication and collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications: Basic scripting knowledge for automation Experience with Continuous Integration (CI) tools Domain knowledge relevant to the project (Finance, Healthcare, etc.)
