Job Description

Minimum of 6+ years of overall Testing experience with 5+ years Manual Testing experience.

Minimum 4 yrs of experience in leading a QA team with manual, automation (UFT preferred)

Minimum of 6 months UFT automation test experience preferred

Ability to work independently and within a team setting with minimal direction/supervision

Ability to think strategically, demonstrating critical thought in a complex business environment

Demonstrate solid understanding of testing fundamentals

Demonstrate effective professional communication (written and verbal) skills

SQL Query experience

Strong understanding of the Standard Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Agile Training/Certification and/or Experience

Reinsurance Experience, preferred

Workflow Management Tool experience Azure DevOps
