Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements and design documents• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing for web applications and APIs• Validate data integrity across systems and databases in support of telecom-specific workflows (e.g., provisioning, billing, mediation)• Log, track, and manage defects using tools like JIRA or similar systems• Collaborate with developers to understand features and debug issues• Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning in Agile/Scrum teams• Maintain comprehensive documentation of test results, test environments, and QA processes• Help identify and suggest improvements in test coverage, tooling, or process efficiency
