Manual Test Engineer

As a Manual Test Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing tests, debugging, and taking corrective actions. Your role is vital in the company's product development process, ensuring that the product is error-free and reliable before launch. Your responsibilities will include implementing test cases and scenarios based on project requirements, executing manual test processes, recording and publishing test results to the development team within specified timelines, tracking and maintaining test scripts, developing testing frameworks, and collaborating with a techno-functional team to develop manual test cases based on user stories and requirements. Additionally, you will contribute your feedback and expertise to create various dashboards for reporting purposes and provide reactive support for product queries to enhance system understanding. To qualify for this role, you should have 1 to 3 years of experience in software testing, strong debugging skills, exposure to database, integration, compatibility, UI usability, web, or security testing. Familiarity with bug tracking platforms like JIRA or Bugzilla is essential, as well as knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Defect Life Cycle. Knowledge of unit testing frameworks will be an added advantage.,
