Job Title: Manual QA Work Mode: Work from office Work Timings: 1 pm to 10 pm Job Summary Conduct handson testing of software from UI to backend to validate correctness, performance, and usability Collaborate daily with product managers, developers, and team leads to triage issues and prioritize bug fixes . Document defects clearly (reproduction steps, expected vs actual results, screenshots or logs) and follow through until resolution . Perform regression testing to ensure fixed issues remain resolved and dont introduce new bugs. Participate in design/product reviews to identify UX or functional risks before features go live. Assist in developing/improving QA processes and expand coverage, especially where automation hasnt reached.
