Manual Mobile App Tester

As a Mobile App Test Engineer at Staff4Me, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of mobile applications. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct thorough testing to identify and report defects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality mobile applications. Your key responsibilities will include designing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases, performing functional, regression, and performance testing, and creating detailed defect reports with supporting documentation. You will also contribute to improving software testing processes, stay updated with the latest testing tools, conduct root cause analysis of defects, and collaborate effectively with teams for timely delivery. To excel in this role, you should have 2-4 years of experience as a Mobile App Test Engineer, a strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and processes for mobile applications, and proficiency in designing and executing test plans and scripts. Knowledge of bug tracking systems and version control tools, along with experience in functional, regression, and performance testing, will be essential. Additionally, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication and collaboration abilities are required. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
