We are now looking for a Manpower Recruiter who can lead and execute blue-collar hiring across South India.

What You’ll Do

Drive blue-collar hiring through field recruitment, networks, vendors, and job portals

Build and manage vendor relationships across multiple states

Work closely with onsite operations teams for manpower planning & deployment

Handle on-ground manpower issues and ensure timely workforce fulfillment

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience in high-volume / blue-collar hiring

Strong field recruitment network across South India

Experience in vendor management

Excellent communication & coordination skills

Willingness to travel as required

Compensation

Up to ₹30,000/month + performance incentives
