Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager located in the Mohali district. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, developing and implementing business strategies, and ensuring project deadlines are met. The Manager will also be accountable for maintaining customer relations, handling inquiries, and fostering a productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management skills to oversee staff and operations
• Experience in developing and implementing business strategies
• Ability to handle customer relations and inquiries effectively
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Experience in the real estate or housing industry is a plus
