You’ll be part of the Global Transition and Transformation organisation, reporting into the Transition and Transformation Lead working in close collaboration and partnership with multiple stakeholders across the board to enable delivery of the Haleon strategic roadmap.

Your Role:
We are recruiting PMO manager – on a full-time basis reporting into the Transition and Transformation Head.
The role will manage specific governance processes to ensure successful delivery of HBS programs across Haleon on behalf of the enterprise. Additionally the role will also require project management of medium to small projects.
Key Responsibilities
In terms of the role, you can expect the PMO Manager to undertake the following:

Maintain the aggregation of the Programme Integrated Plan, facilitating any accompanying workshops

L0 Plan, L1 Plans (including the representation in appropriate tool)
-
Quality Check the Detailed Plans owned by Workstreams and Value Streams to ensure consistency of reporting & milestones usage

Facilitate Governance & actions Management
-
Chair and lead the partnership governance
-
Partner with the Enterprise Transformation office and represent HBS in TO governance
-
Collect and Co-ordinate Actions into the Programme Team
-
Ensure that the Actions Board is being proactively managed
-
Identify escalations to bring to Programme Leadership
-
Collect and Create Appropriate Programme Level Risk and Issues records
-
Facilitate RAID log review meetings, identifying those RAID Items to be covered at the next review, and managing the invitee list appropriately

Ensure that the collected RAID items are being proactively managed

Identify escalations to bring to Programme Leadership

Change Control Management
-
Create Relevant Change Controls on behalf of the Programme

Manage the Change Board invite based upon scope of Change Items to be presented

Action any approved changes, updating the key Programme artefacts

Demand and Capacity Model

Own the Demand management and Integrated Capacity Model for the Transition and Transformation teams

Co-ordinate changes to the Onboarding Governance Pack

Ensure that all SOWs are accurately loaded into Fieldglass and assigned to the correct VSL for ownership

Plan stakeholder connects at an agreed cadence to keep them informed of the transition progress. Maintain a stakeholder log evidencing stakeholder engagement (Actions from the meetings, follow up plans etc.)

Transition & Project management
-
Business Case: Closely monitor spend; manage baseline changes through change control.
-
Governance: Partner with the Enterprise Transformation office to ensure toll gate criteria are well defined relative to the transition nature and tollgates are orchestrated in line with the transition plan. Prepare content for tollgates.

Prepare status reports on overall transition/ projects health for report-out at weekly governance. Leverage standard tooling and best practices as prescribed by the Global PMO for status updates.

Detailed Design / Solutioning, Knowledge Transfer (KT) planning:
-
Consolidate outcomes of the detailed design for report-out.
-
Facilitate Knowledge Transfer planning workshops covering all aspects of the processes to be transitioned with clear alignment on scope, trainers, timelines, and ways of working.

Recruitment, Onboarding, Knowledge Transfer (KT):
-
Participate in recruitment steer cos; ensure HR gets required support from business to hire at pace.

Align with IT requirements and raise provisioning requests in line with onboarding timelines.
-
Onboard new joiners and orient / deploy for KT in accordance with the KT plan.

Qualifications & Skills:
-
10+ years demonstrated experience of Project management and PMO
-
A project management certification (Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified associate in project management (CAPM), Foundation/PRINCE2 Practitioner (PRINCE2), Certified Project Management Practitioner (CPMP), Agile Experienced Project Management
-
Transition management experience across multiple functions (Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Tech etc.) in a Consumer goods company is a plus, but not mandatory
-
Demonstrated proficiency in project, program, portfolio management processes and principles
-
Demonstrated experience delivering projects through both Agile and waterfall approach is desirable.
-
Demonstrated resilience in navigating through complex and ambiguous change.
-
Excellent interpersonal (communication and presentation) and organizational skills
-
Hands on experience on PM tools – Example MS Project, MS P4W, Jira, Confluence, Teams

Certifications – PMP, Prince 2
