Managing Partner

Role & responsibilities :The Managing Partner role is equal to a branch manager where the MP will manager APs [Agency Partners] who are on commission basis and APs in turn will recruitment Advisors / Agents & does business through them. The responsible is of hiring and mentoring Agency Partners with prime focus on driving AP earnings, team building and sales for the unit. The Managing Partners are Second in Command to Branch/Unit Managers and are expected to work with the Agency Partners with prime focus on driving the sales for the unit. a. Must have a minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in the Life Insurance industry with at least 2 MDRTs to his/her credit b. Candidates having experience in AGENCY PARTNER based insurance models such as Business mentor, Business Partner, CDA and BA will be preferred c. Candidate must preferably belong to the city/town for which the position is open d. The fixed CTC offered will range from 3.5 LPA to 6.5 LPA.
