Experiential Living Project was founded in 2017 to create experiences beyond accommodation by choosing unique and offbeat destinations for backpacker hostels and life-changing events. Our journey began with the first eco-friendly hostel in Jibhi called Mudhouse Experiential Hostels and continued with slow living homes called The Fika Homes in Gadagusain in Goa. We transitioned from unfulfilling corporate jobs to building spaces where everyone can take a break and rediscover themselves. At Experiential Living Project, we promote healthy collaborations, skill-sharing, and purposeful initiatives that benefit the majority.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Managing Partner located in Kullu. The Managing Partner will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining the unique atmosphere that defines our hostels. Key tasks include budget management, strategic planning, marketing, and developing partnerships. The role requires active involvement in event planning, community engagement, and promoting our ethos of experiential living.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management, including overseeing operations and staff management
• Strong skills in strategic planning, budget management, and marketing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for community engagement and partnership development
• Passion for experiential living and the ability to create unique, fulfilling experiences for guests
• Ability to live on-site in Kullu and immerse in the community
• Previous experience in event planning and project management is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
