Job Description

Role Overview: As a Managing Consultant at Wipro, you will be responsible for selling and overseeing the delivery of complex consulting solutions in your area of expertise. Your main focus will be on driving measurable value for clients, developing consulting solutions, and supporting practice growth. You will also play a key role in building strong client relationships, managing large engagements, and leading consulting programs. Additionally, you may have managerial responsibilities in overseeing a team of consultants and ensuring quality and compliance in business operations. Your success in this role will be measured by achieving high personal billability. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve utilization targets and embody Wipro's tenets and values - Act as an ambassador for the business and lead teams of consultants, work streams, projects, and programs - Focus on client needs, solve issues effectively, and deliver quality results within budget constraints - Build trust with senior clients, receive positive feedback, and provide decisive and directive delivery - Coach, mentor, and motivate team and client staff, emphasizing quality and timely delivery - Manage individual and team utilization levels to meet revenue targets - Maintain a personal sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets through lateral and vertical selling - Develop a network of client contacts and lead sales and marketing activities - Drive proposal creation and presales activities leveraging Wipro's consulting capabilities - Share industry thought leadership within Wipro and externally, presenting at industry forums and sales campaigns - Contribute to internal initiatives, ensure proper knowledge sharing, and develop practice policies and frameworks - Create reusable assets, contribute to talent development, and collaborate with other teams for tailored client solutions - Demonstrate competencies in Agile knowledge, industry/domain knowledge, and leveraging technology effectively - Uphold high personal drive, initiative, and determination, while building strong client relationships and leading complex assignments - Ensure timely compliance with people management processes and develop internal networks across Wipro Qualifications Required: - Master's level understanding of Agile tools, methodology, and principles - Expertise in industry/domain knowledge and awareness of economic, demographic, technological, and global trends - Competency in leveraging technology to improve efficiencies and effectiveness - Demonstrated competencies in strategic perspective, structured analytical thinking, business analysis, solution building, demand generation, client engagement management, consulting skills, client centricity, execution excellence, nurturing people, passion for results, change agility, innovation, and collaboration (Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.),
