Job Description

The role involves preparing a sales plan, developing a customer network, and building & managing relationships with Panel Builder customers to achieve sales targets for the Business Unit in the Branch. You will be responsible for defining customers in the market, predicting their requirements, allocating targets by customers and activities, and preparing a month-wise target plan. Identifying initiatives to grow business in the Panel Builder vertical and capturing new opportunities for pushing sales will be key responsibilities. Monitoring customer-wise performance against targets regularly, reviewing customer performance periodically, and addressing issues faced by customers are essential tasks. Collecting collections status for direct customers from finance and ensuring monthly collections as per the plan are part of the role. Customer management includes defining visit frequency for each customer, preparing customer visit plans, monitoring adherence to the same, filling sales reports regularly, and driving sales opportunities to maintain adequate service levels for customers in SFDC. Participating in regular meetings with other teams to influence sales of SEI products through consultants and implementing action plans on identified new opportunities to grow the sales network are vital aspects of the job. Organizing demos and presentations to influence customers, executing promotion schemes designed by the marketing team, and establishing a network with end-users through technical literature are also key responsibilities. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering. - Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Electrical Distribution engineering related works. - Experience in engineering and sales in Automation would be an added advantage.
