As a Manager/Senior Manager in Strategy & Finance Operations, your role will involve strategic planning and execution, financial operations management, collaboration with business leaders, data-driven decision making, and continuous improvement. **Role Overview:** You will collaborate with senior leadership to align financial operations with strategic goals and support long-term business planning. Your responsibilities will include ensuring financial goals are met by developing and overseeing key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing actionable insights based on financial analysis. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the finance department to ensure efficiency and accuracy. - Lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. - Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and controls for compliance. - Manage cost structures, identify opportunities for cost optimization, and drive operational collaboration. - Analyze financial and operational data, utilize financial modeling techniques, and develop dashboards for decision-making. - Identify and implement process improvements, leverage automation and technology solutions, and provide training and support for team members. **Qualifications Required:** - Education: MBA/CA or relevant advanced degree - 6+ years of experience in finance operations, business strategy, or a similar role. - Proven track record of driving strategic financial initiatives with senior management. - Strong experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. - Familiarity with ERP systems, financial modeling, and data analysis tools. In addition, you should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial reporting software.
