Manager/Senior Manager Project Planning & Cost Control

As a Manager/Senior Manager Project Planning & Cost Control, your role will involve thorough experience in Project Planning, Monitoring & Review, and Cost Control of large full-scale EPC Power Projects, mainly focusing on the financial and cost side (Engineering background). Your responsibilities will include: - Monitoring and updating project cost incurred / committed and estimation of future cost - Ensuring that expected cost of completion is within the target cost and margin is protected through periodic review of expected cost of completion - Allocating project cost in designated Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) - Preparing WBS-wise Cost Report (Budget v/s Expected) for identifying areas of Cost Overrun and Savings useful for Cost Estimations for new projects - Preparing annual Project Budget and calculating key financial parameters of Sales, Margin, Invoicing, Collection, Customer Outstanding, Net Working Capital, etc. - Monitoring progress against committed financial parameters and taking proactive actions to ensure quarterly estimates are met - Reporting month-wise progress of key financial parameters to Top Management for review and intervention - Coordinating with package area managers, invoicing team, site team, procurement group, etc., as required to ensure healthy financial progress against commitment to top management - Preparation of Billing Break Up for the Supplies & Services Contracts and approval of the same from the client with necessary amendments - Demonstrating a Making & Problem Solving approach - Preference for good knowledge of Oracle EBS Location: Gurgaon No additional details of the company were provided in the job description.,
