Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard external manufacturing partners for sepciality chemicals - Halogen, Pyrazole & Pyridine.
• Manage outsourcing of production and ensure quality, compliance, and timelines.
• Scout and establish tie-ups with reliable factories/vendors.
• Oversee complete external manufacturing processes at partner facilities.
• Drive cost efficiency, operational excellence, and smooth coordination between internal and external teams.
  

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Relevant years of experience in external/contract manufacturing in speciality chemicals(Halogen, Pyrazole & Pyridine)
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, compliance, and vendor management.
• Excellent negotiation, coordination, and project management skills.
