Manager/Executive - Sales and Marketing

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven candidate to support business growth by identifying leads, pitching products/services, and building strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer interaction, fluency in language and the drive to meet and exceed sales targets. You will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, follow up with old and pipeline customers to convert interest into setting appointments or sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• 2 to 8 years of experience in Sales and marketing.
• Sales & Marketing of our solar products - Solar Mounting Structure, Solar BOS Material, Electrical Panel (LT, HT, ACDB, DCDB) etc. to various Turnkey Contractors/EPC clients.
• Generate Enquiries, Carry out Negotiations for Order Finalisation including Pre & Post Sales by visiting client offices.
• Accountable for achievement of sales targets (quantity, collections and profitability).
• Effective communicator good verbal & written skills & capable to generate quality leads and convert it to sales.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through regular follow-ups.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
