Marketing/Sales Executive - Female Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Executive, Outbound Telecaller to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer interaction, fluency in language and the drive to meet and exceed sales targets. You will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, follow up with old and pipeline customers to convert interest into setting appointments or sales. Key Responsibilities: 1 to 5 years of experience in marketing/Sales or a related field. Effective communicator good verbal & written skills & capable to generate quality leads and convert it to sales. Make outbound calls to customers to promote products and services, or follow up on recent purchases. Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services. Build and maintain customer relationships through regular follow-ups. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective brand management and advertising management. Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including online and offline channels. Consistently meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
