Manager/Deputy Manager-MEP Operations (Wave One)

We are seeking an experienced Manager/Deputy Manager MEP Operations to oversee the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems across our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient operation, maintenance, and compliance of all MEP services to deliver safe, reliable, and cost-effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operation and maintenance of MEP systems for residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties.

Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, lifts, and other utility systems.

Manage vendor contracts, service agreements, and coordinate with facility management teams.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and company policies.

Review MEP design drawings and coordinate with consultants/contractors during fit-out or renovation works.

Monitor energy consumption and implement efficiency improvement measures.

Handle MEP-related complaints, troubleshoot faults, and provide timely resolution.

Prepare operational budgets, track expenses, and optimize maintenance costs.

Maintain proper documentation of maintenance records, warranties, and compliance reports.

Lead and train the technical team to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical (MEP specialization preferred).

7-10 years of experience in MEP operations, preferably in real estate/property management.

Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and building management systems.

Good understanding of preventive maintenance schedules and asset management.

Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and facility management software.

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
