Handle end-to-end procurement of construction & real estate-related materials (Civil, MEP, Finishing, Interiors, etc.).
Identify, evaluate, and finalize vendors / contractors for building materials, equipment, and services.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery timelines, and contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Issue Purchase Orders (POs), track deliveries, and ensure materials reach project sites on time.
Coordinate with Project, Site, Contracts, Finance, and Store teams to understand material requirements.
Maintain vendor database and develop long-term supplier relationships.
Monitor and ensure adherence to quality standards, specifications, and company policies.
Prepare purchase reports, cost analysis, and maintain documentation for audit and compliance.
Support management in budgeting, cost control, and vendor evaluation.
Strong knowledge of construction & real estate procurement process.
Good understanding of materials like Cement, Steel, Concrete, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Finishing, and Interior items.
Vendor management, negotiation, and contract finalization skills.
Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Tally / MS Dynamics or equivalent).
Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
Graduate in any discipline
MBA / PGDM in Materials Management / Supply Chain will be an added advantage.
