You will be joining our team in Noida as a Manager/Assistant Vice President/Vice President/Sr. Vice President with respective experience in Corporate Sales as follows: Manager-3yr, Avp-5yr, VP - 7yr, Sr. VP- 10yr. The working mode for this role is Onsite, and the notice period required is Immediate - 30 days. As a Manager/Assistant Vice President/Vice President/Sr. Vice President, your primary skill set should include expertise in Corporate Sale, Insurance, and Market Reach. We are looking for candidates who hold a qualification of Any Graduate/Post Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Your role will primarily involve focusing on the Insurance vertical in the Corporate Sales domain. You should have a strategic understanding of Corporate Sales and the business domain. Your responsibilities will include acquiring and retaining clients in the corporate sector. This will require you to identify business opportunities, prepare and present proposals, conduct meetings and planning sessions with clients, and engage in other related sales activities. Experience in dealing with employee benefits such as GMC, GPA, Group Gratuity, asset insurance, liability policies, EDLI, Group Term Life, etc., will be an added advantage for this role. You should possess excellent interpersonal skills, hands-on sales experience in the corporate sector, outstanding communication skills (both verbal and written), and a successful track record of client-focused interactions. Preference will be given to candidates with Corporate Insurance or Financial Services (Corporate Sales, B2B) experience and a good network with local/global corporate clients. The ideal candidate should have demonstrated the ability to work independently, excellent negotiation skills, knowledge of insurance products and industry trends, and a problem solver mindset.
