Assistant Manager- R2R (Intercompany)
1) Manage a team of R2R Accountants (Intercompany)
2) Ensure that the intercompany contract to billing process is efficiently transacted and bills are produced with appropriate supporting documents in timely basis
3) Ensure that intercompany transactions are properly reflected in accounts payable, accounts receivable, assets and general ledger modules
4) Ensure intercompany receipts are booked on a timely basis
5) Ensure intercompany netting process is properly administered via the corporate finance vehicle
6) Setting up intercompany contract information with the ERP systems and making them available for billing
7) Add, activate and amend Intercompany vendor records and customer records
8) Manage any intercompany disbursements and payments that go through a physical bank
9) Issuing credit notes
10) Manage the team of intercompany accounts to ensure the I/C Process is delivered on time and appropriate quality
