As a Legal Professional in this role, you will be responsible for handling various litigations including Civil, Criminal, Mining, Labour, and other legal matters. Your key responsibilities will include: - Handling Civil, Criminal, Mining, Labour, and Other Litigations. - Attending Court Hearings and providing briefs to advocates when necessary. - Drafting and vetting notices, replies, deeds, MOUs, Agreements, and Contracts. - Drafting various legal documents such as Petitions, Appeals, Replies, Rejoinders, and Interlocutory Applications for matters before High Courts, Supreme Court, and Other Courts/Authorities. - Coordinating and strategizing with different departments, functions, and Advocates on assignments. - Conducting legal research, briefing advocates on cases, and providing status updates on organizational cases pending in High Courts, Supreme Court, and Other Courts/Authorities. - Maintaining assigned cases files and updating details in the SAP system. - Mandatory travel for resolving critical issues or cases as directed by the Head of Department. - Handling other legal assignments as required or directed by the Head of Department.
