About the role We are seeking an experienced Data Goverce Manager to lead and manage enterprisewide data goverce initiatives within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing data goverce frameworks, metadata management, and data quality policies aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements. This role demands collaboration with senior stakeholders, crossfunctional teams, and global partners to drive data goverce maturity and ensure compliance across business units. In This Role, you will Develop, implement, and manage data goverce frameworks, metadata management processes, and data quality policies to ensure data integrity and compliance. Define and enforce data goverce principles, standards, and best practices aligned with industry regulations such as BCBS239, GDPR, CCPA, etc. Collaborate with teams responsible for Master Data Management, Data Privacy, and Security to ensure cohesive data management strategies. Drive implementation and continuous improvement of the Data Goverce tool primarily Collibra, Informatica CDGC, Alation etc Engage and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and crossfunctional teams to understand data goverce requirements and resolve complex data issues. Represent data goverce interests within global teams, steering committees, and forums to align on goverce strategies and challenges. Willing to work in a hybrid working model

Mandatory skill sets

Must have knowledge, skills and experiences Deep understanding and substantial experience in data goverce, metadata management, master data management and data quality frameworks, policies, and processes. Strong knowledge of data management industry standards and regulations including BCBS239, GDPR, and CCPA. Extensive handson experience with Collibra/ Informatica CDGC/Alation/ any other DG tool, including operating model design and working with Catalog connectors. Experience in running Data Goverce Literacy & Awareness programs. Understanding of CRM Salesforce Data & experience in how to catalog & govern it.

Experience collaborating within global teams, steering committees, and goverce forums to address and resolve datarelated issues.

Preferred skill sets

Good to have knowledge, skills and experiences Certifications in Data Goverce or related fields such as DAMACDMP, DCAM, CDMC, or toolspecific certifications. Familiarity with other Data Goverce tools such as Collibra, Informatica, Alation, Talend, Microsoft Purview, Atlan, Solidatus, etc. Experience contributing to RFPs, internal/external Proof of Value (POV), Accelerator development, and other data goverce frameworks.

Years of experience required 8 to 10 years of experience.
