The Strategic Electronics Business Unit

What You'll Do (Job Role)

• To manage and grow the Hardware Design team which is responsible for developing and manufacturing Hardware for Strategic Electronics Applications
• Manage the team of design engineers and work with operations team to develop and industrialize Power Electronics for strategic electronics applications contributing to revenue growth.

• Responsible for designing high wattage Power supply >2KW

  .

• Responsible for designing high Voltage Power supply >2KV

  .

• Responsible for design, development, of AC-DC & DC-DC SMPS, Flyback, Forward, Full Bridge, Half Bridge, and Push-Pull Converter for low, medium, and high Voltage

• Responsible Customer requirement analysis and Electronics / Power electronics circuits feasibility study.
• Responsible to meet the deadline and targets of the projects.
• Design of converter which includes Selection of Topology, MOSFET, Capacitors, PWM IC, Driver circuit.
• Performing analysis such as Derating, FMECA (Failure mode, effects and criticality analysis), Reliability, Theta-JC, DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis).
• Preparation of Circuit Schematics using ORCAD capture.

Who You Are:

1. Possess a minimum of 15+ years of experience in the design, development, integration and testing of Power electronics Design.

Educational Background

• BE/B Tech /MTech. in Power Electronics
• Any other additional qualification associated with Power Electronics Design
