Description
As a Manager in the Wellbeing Office at EY, you will play a vital role in managing and executing key elements of the employee wellbeing program across GDS. Your responsibilities will include promoting a culture of health, resilience, and inclusion by delivering initiatives that support the physical, mental, social, and financial wellbeing of the diverse EY workforce. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Execution of Wellbeing Strategy:** - Support the implementation of the overall wellbeing strategy by translating strategic goals into measurable programs. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and employee needs. - **Project and Program Management:** - Lead/Support the planning, execution, and evaluation of wellbeing programs and initiatives. - Maintain a structured project management approach including timelines, resources, budgets, and performance metrics. - Ensure timely delivery of initiatives such as mental health campaigns, wellness challenges, ergonomic assessments, and employee support programs. - **Stakeholder Engagement:** - Work closely with internal departments to promote participation and ownership of wellbeing efforts. - Foster relationships with external partners, vendors, and consultants to ensure high-quality service delivery. - **Data and Insights:** - Collect, analyse, and report on wellbeing metrics such as program participation, employee feedback, and health-related KPIs. - Use insights to assess impact, identify gaps, and recommend enhancements to the wellbeing strategy. - **Awareness and Communication:** - Develop and deliver communications that raise awareness of wellbeing initiatives and promote engagement. - Create toolkits, resources, and content that empower employees to take ownership of their wellbeing. - **Best Practice:** - Stay up to date on emerging trends and innovations in workplace wellbeing. - Bring in best practices that are scalable and relevant to the organisation. - **Support During Critical Events:** - Be a key resource during organisational change, crises, or high-stress periods by offering appropriate wellbeing support and coordinating necessary interventions. **Qualifications:** - Preferred - Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Public Health, Psychology, or related field (Masters preferred). - 10+ years of experience in employee wellbeing, HR, or program management roles. - Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. - Passion for employee wellness and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
