Description
Candidate will be based at corporate office of reputed Pharma company as a Video Content Creator Manager and he will be responsible for handling following:-
Candidate will be responsible Video Creation & Editing, Conceptualize, script, and storyboard marketing and product-related videos, Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content including: Promotional product films and Event highlights and corporate presentations and Doctor/patient testimonials and interviews and Social media-ready content and product teasers and Create short, engaging video clips optimized for various channels including: Internal platforms (Intranet, internal Whats App groups) External platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube)and use animations and info graphics to visualize complex medical/scientific concepts in a
simple, engaging way.
Candidate will be responsible Maintain a consistent brand tone and aesthetic across all video content.
Candidate will be responsible Video Strategy & Campaign Integration and develop a content calendar and video strategy aligned with marketing campaigns and
product launches work closely with the stakeholder and teams to ensure video content supports broader marketing goals adapt and repurposed video content for multiple formats, audiences, and channels.
3. Candidate will be responsible Stakeholder & Vendor Management and collaborate with product managers, medical affairs, sales teams, and compliance for content accuracy and approval and manage relationships with external and internal stakeholders Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of video projects.
Candidate will be responsible Compliance & Review ensure all video content complies with regulatory, legal, and medical standards in the pharmaceutical industry and participate in Medical-Legal-Regulatory (MLR) reviews and make necessary content revisions.
Candidate will be responsible Analytics & Optimization monitor video performance using analytics tools and evaluate engagement and conversion metrics to optimize future content and present regular performance reports and improvement plans to marketing leadership.
Required candidate Profile:-
Candidate should have Minimum 10+ years of professional experience in video production, preferably in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industry.
Candidate Age is below 35 Year
Qualification should be Bachelors or Masters degree in Media, Mass Communication, Marketing,
Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
He should have experience in Proficiency in Strong portfolio showcasing a range of video formats, ideally within pharma or health-related content and Proficiency with video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc.) and animation tools.
He should have good knowledge of Familiarity with compliance standards such as FDA/EMA/GMP regulations and MLR and processes and excellent storytelling, visual communication, and project management skills.
He should have proven experience of Ability to translate complex medical concepts into engaging and easy-to-understand video content and Knowledge of SEO, video performance optimization, and digital content trends and experience with interactive or educational healthcare video formats is a plus and familiarity with digital marketing ecosystems (YouTube Ads, social media
campaigns, etc.).
