Job Description:

• Lead and mentor a team of verification engineers across block, subsystem, and SoC levels.

• Define and drive the verification strategy, methodology, and execution plan to achieve project quality and coverage goals.

• Oversee the development of SystemVerilog/UVM test environments for complex SoCs.

• Drive AI and automation initiatives to improve efficiency in regression management, coverage closure, and debug analysis.

• Collaborate with architecture, design, and validation teams to ensure functional completeness and system performance targets.

• Track project deliverables, verification metrics, and schedule adherence.

• Provide technical reviews, guidance, and problem-solving support to the team.

• Identify and implement process improvements, reuse strategies, and best practices across verification projects.

• Participate in talent development - including hiring, mentoring, and upskilling of team members.

• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
