Manager, US Corporate Tax (Form 1120)

As a Tax Manager at EY, you will play a crucial role in planning engagements, managing client accounts, and ensuring the quality of Tax Compliance products. You will act as a point of contact for engagements and provide guidance to Assistant Managers. **Key Responsibilities:** - Review U.S. Federal (Form 1120), Form 1065, State and local income tax returns, including estimates and extensions. - Conduct detailed reviews of supporting work papers related to Federal and State income tax returns. - Meet client deliverables within set deadlines while maintaining quality. - Manage client engagements, staffing, and economics effectively. - Establish relationships with client personnel and deliver exceptional client service. - Utilize strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, along with problem-solving abilities. - Manage end-to-end deliverables for clients. **Skills and Attributes for Success:** - Delegate work effectively to all levels of staff. - Assist the team in meeting set goals and conducting performance reviews. - Foster teamwork, lead by example, and maintain an educational program for skills development. - Support recruitment activities and demonstrate people management skills. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree/M.B.A in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline. - Certified Enrolled Agent or CPA. - 8 to 10 years of experience in U.S. Corporate/Partnership Income tax compliance. - Experience in U.S. Tax accounting. **Additional Details about EY:** EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) is a global network that collaborates across six locations worldwide.
