Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Transport Manager for the companys transport operations across Baddi, Dappar, and Barwala units. Key Responsibilities: Manage a team of 20 drivers, ensuring discipline, efficiency, and adherence to schedules. Coordinate with HOD for daily vehicle movements as per operational requirements. Prepare and maintain daily MIS reports, weekly transport schedules, and departmental presentations. Ensure internal customer satisfaction through timely and effective vehicle deployment and coordination. Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting and communication. Implement and manage fleet automation, GPS tracking, and preventive maintenance schedules. Skills Required: Strong knowledge of commercial and passenger vehicle documentation, including RC, insurance, permits, and fitness certificates. Must have experience of conducting driver training sessions on safety, behavior, and operational standards. Must have experience in vendor development, coordination, and payment tracking. "Knowledge of automobile systems and operations is essential for this role."
