Manager - Trade Contracts

As a Global Contract and Settlements Manager at Bunge, you will play a crucial role in supporting various Bunge Entities for Dry and Oil Agricultural products across different commodity value chains. Reporting to the Service Delivery Lead Global Trade Operations, you will collaborate with key stakeholders such as Traders, Legal, Compliance, and Accounting to ensure efficient execution and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include managing operational plans, developing Contract Centers of Excellence, leading global projects, and ensuring successful implementation of CI projects like IMOS CLM and DocuSign. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying Global Transition Programs under GTE and designing an optimized organization structure to meet operational needs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage operation plans and work on Budget planning - Develop Contract Centers of Excellence and identify key talent - Lead/participate in large global projects and provide leadership guidance - Ensure successful management and implementation of CI projects and global projects - Identify Global Transition Programs under GTE and lead them successfully - Design organization structure with proper resource planning - Accountable for the performance and results of multiple small teams under Contracts and Settlements - Focus on important issues and work with problem-solving approach - Drive 50% YoY improvement in Net Promoters Score and best in class KPIs - Focus on Business Partnership and drive customer satisfaction - Impart domain knowledge to the team to build a pool of subject matter experts - Review third party issued contracts, sales, and purchase drafts **Qualifications Required:** - Relevant experience in handling commodity contracts for bulk and container shipments of Agri-commodities - Good knowledge of GAFTA, FOSFA contracts rules - Experience in managing people, stakeholders, and processes through change - Strong written and oral communication skills in English - Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP system - 8-12 plus years of work experience in a similar role - Minimum Education Qualification: Post-graduation or MBA in International Business - Relevant experience in handling commodity contracts with knowledge of GAFTA, FOSFA, PORAM etc At Bunge, you will have the opportunity to work for a world leader in sourcing, processing, and supplying oilseed and grain products.
