1. To conduct the line feasibility for new model, prepare list of new requirements.Taking trials and closure of Engineering Documents
2. To prepare the project plan &execution.
3. To prepare PPAP document for new DR & ADR also.(ECN) and conducting trial as per ECN and closure of the same
4. Follow up with different stake holders for implementing ECN
5. Conducting meeting and alignment with each respective department
6. Selection of Machine, Equipment, Design Approval Process (DAP) & set up for new product.Understanding DFA(Design for Assembly)
7. Develop the assembly Line Jig, Fixture & gauges.
8. Making of PFD, PFMEA, CP and SOPand Ensuring Implementation at the shop floor
9. Line Balancing. Activity sheet development ,Understanding of SWC
10. Conducting process audits; reviewing existing processes and re-designing the same for enhancing operational efficiency.
11. All line trial for assembly line for the new product development.
