Manager Technology Support - Oracle Webcenter, SOA, Oracle Fusion Middleware

As a Support Manager for multiple applications in the Finance portfolio, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production support, including incident resolution, proactive mitigation, change & problem management, and ensuring compliance with SLAs and requirements. Your role will involve planning and delivering production changes and enhancements within agreed timelines to maintain overall production stability. You will coordinate resources and stakeholders, set milestones, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress to effectively manage production support. **Key Responsibilities:** - Ownership of Support services for Finance applications. - Ensure the 24x5 operation of Finance applications. - Represent the team during high impact incidents and through the problem review process. - Provide functional and line management. - Offer technical leadership and mentorship to team members. - Manage capacity to guarantee service availability. - Report on service availability, project progress, and service improvements. - Maintain and execute the service continuity plan. - Build and maintain effective working relationships internally and externally. - Prioritize functionality with the business customer to deliver business benefits. - Distribute work across the support team. - Assist team members for their success. - Liaise with technical and business stakeholders across different geographical locations. **Required Skills:** - 10+ years of total software industry experience with at least 5 years in managing support/delivery teams. - Extensive work experience with technologies like Oracle WebCenter (Capture / Imaging, BPM / SOA) and Oracle Middleware Fusion / Oracle BI (OBIEE). **Qualifications:** - Industry: IT/Computers-Software - Role: Manager - Support - Key Skills: Oracle WebCenter (Capture / Imaging, BPM / SOA), Oracle Middleware Fusion / Oracle BI (OBIEE) - Education: B.Sc/B.Com/M.Sc/MCA/B.E/B.Tech Please send your application to jobs@augustainfotech.com if you are interested in this Support Manager position.,
