Manager - Tech Operations

As a Configuration Specialist, your primary role is to review requirements, understand dependencies, prioritize based on business delivery agreements, and execute configurations within agreed timelines and with absolute efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Improve system monitoring and alerts to identify anomalies and system failures affecting key services - Identify and fix defects based on incident severity - Create problem tickets for recurring issues and collaborate with Development, Incident & Problem Manager to prioritize and fix root causes - Manage merchant onboarding and integration activities in alignment with the Technical Project Manager - Maintain documentation related to integration manual, integration starter kit, service catalogue, FAQ, and internal SOPs - Support the merchant support & integration team as needed - Identify system improvements to simplify operations and collaborate with Product & Development teams - Apply standardization of product configuration and optimize product configuration Qualifications Required: - SQL, C#, .Net skills - Change Management experience - Software Development knowledge - Problem Management expertise - Strong understanding of Business Delivery processes - Familiarity with Continuous Integration practices - Incident Management skills - Product Development experience - Operations background The company is looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Computers (B.Tech/B.E.) and a Master's degree in Computers (M.Tech).,
