Manager- Supply / Vendor Management

As a Manager -Vendor Management / Supply at Torfac, you will be responsible for overseeing a small team of supply executives to achieve company objectives, enhance profitability, and establish new supply channels. Your role will involve developing and maintaining strong relationships with approved vendors, conducting research to identify vendors offering competitive pricing and high-quality samples, and collaborating effectively with sales, client services, and bids teams to ensure seamless operations and ample supply availability. You will set performance standards for approved vendors, assess client requirements for both long-term and project-specific needs, and engage with vendors accordingly. To excel in this role, you should possess strong negotiation and written communication skills, along with 4-6 years of experience in a partnership role. We are looking for individuals who are adept at multitasking, self-motivated, accountable, flexible with shift timings, detail-oriented, and possess excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. The ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment is crucial for success in this position. This is a full-time position based in Gurugram, India, with the office timings from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM IST. The job location is at DCG4/2015, DLF Corporate Greens, Southern Peripheral Road, Sector 74A, Gurugram, Haryana 122004, India. The mode of work is hybrid, requiring at least 3 days per week in the office. The compensation package will be as per market standards.
