What You'll Do

Strategic Planning & Business Operations

  • Partner with leadership to set priorities, track execution, and ensure alignment across teams.

  • Analyze business performance data, distill insights, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

  • Provide business updates, dashboards, and executive reports that inform decision-making.

  • Build executive dashboards and health views that provide clarity on business performance, progress toward goals, and critical areas requiring intervention.

  • Anticipate challenges, define solutions, and facilitate strategy reviews with senior stakeholders.

  • Analyze emerging industry trends in Paid Media and Customer Success, distill insights, and provide strategic recommendations that enable leadership to anticipate shifts and drive competitive advantage

  • Establish structured innovation practiceleveraging AI to pilot new initiatives, evaluate impact, and scale successful experiments across teams.

Executive Communications & Influence

  • Craft high-impact communications, including presentations, executive briefs, and strategic updates for senior leadership.

  • Act as a trusted communications partner, ensuring clarity, consistency, and influence across all messaging.

  • Support leader visibility and thought leadership through internal and external communications.

  • Build trusted advisory relationships across cross-functional teams, enabling alignment and influence at the executive level.

  • Design and facilitate leadership interventions and workshops that uncover the next big opportunities, align teams around a shared vision, and translate insights into actionable strategies for execution.

  • Help drive change management initiatives to enable organizational transformation and embed a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Lead scenario planning exercises with senior leadership to anticipate market shifts, customer behavior changes, and operational risks-developing contingency strategies and mitigation plans

Program & Stakeholder Management

  • Drive and manage cross-functional initiatives, ensuring progress against key business goals.

  • Influence without authority by cultivating trusted relationships and credibility with senior leaders, ensuring alignment and momentum on key priorities.

  • Track and report on milestones, risks, and dependencies, securing alignment across stakeholders.

  • Enhance operational efficiency by streamlining processes and introducing scalable frameworks.

  • Mentor and coach teams on effective communications, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement.

What You Need to Succeed

  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree background in strategy, or business operations preferred.

  • Ability to Make this happen and not get stuck - Owning the Outcome.

  • Strong analytical skills with proven ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills experience preparing executive-level content and presentations.

  • Demonstrated success in stakeholder management and influencing across all levels of leadership.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with shifting priorities.

  • People management experience a plus.

  • Experience across Performance Marketing and/or Customer Success functions will be highly advantageous
