Manager/ Sr. Manager- Upcountry Sales

The main purpose of this role is to drive revenue, planning, activations, and ROI for the Upcountry channel. Your key responsibilities will include driving Upcountry Channel Revenue Pan Max, overseeing the execution of activities for all channels in the upcountry, ensuring ROI tracking, conducting upcountry visits for business development, providing training on new products for the upcountry team members, participating in monthly planning with all units, planning visits to various upcountry locations every month for co-working and guidance, collaborating with channel heads from Walk-In, Digital, MECP, PSU, and Corporate, ensuring timely production of publications, medical journals, CME collaterals, and other support materials with the help of the marketing team, preparing competition mapping for key regions every month, ensuring adequate reach and penetration to new and existing upcountry locations, managing execution and daily reporting of upcountry customer programs, managing ERP and MIS for upcountry daily and monthly reports, interacting with unit sales heads for planning and execution of their activities, and planning and executing campaigns for all unit and HO lead campaigns. Your measurable deliverables will be Channel Revenue, Upcountry Activities, Community connects, and Marketing initiatives in Upcountry, and ROI Tracking. The minimum qualifications required for this role are a PG (MBA Sales & Marketing) degree and 8-10 years of experience in Healthcare/Pharma Sales.,
