Job Description

Perform detailed quantity take-offs based on architectural, structural, and services drawings.
Prepare and validate Bills of Quantities (BOQ) aligned with technical specifications.
Develop and track budget estimates, project costs, and financial projections.
Conduct rate analysis for materials, labor, and subcontractor work packages.
Review and evaluate tender bids, vendor quotations, and cost proposals.
Collaborate on value engineering exercises to optimize project costs.
Maintain accurate cost reports, assist in budget monitoring, and final account closures.
Manage contractual documentation, claims analysis, and variation orders.
Integrate cost and quantity data into ERP systems and estimation tools.
Coordinate with design, planning, procurement, and execution teams for alignment on costs.
Ensure proper integration of cost data with ERP systems and estimation software.
