Job Summary: We are looking for a highly experienced, detail-oriented, and results-driven Billing Engineer at Manager/Sr. Manager/AGM level with 10-15 years of experience in construction project billing, contract management, quantity surveying, and cost estimation. The ideal candidate will play a key role in contractor billing verification, rate analysis, cost control, and project documentation. Key Responsibilities: Verification and certification of contractor and subcontractor bills as per contract terms. BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, and rate analysis for civil works. SMB (Site Measurement Book) reconciliation and validation with site reports. Ensure proper cost control, budgeting, and reporting through accurate MIS generation. Project progress tracking and preparation of timely reports for management. Material reconciliation and certification in coordination with stores and procurement teams. Proficient use of billing software, spreadsheets, and ERP tools for process efficiency. Preparation and maintenance of all contract documentation in alignment with project execution. Close coordination with site execution, planning, and procurement teams. Ensure adherence to compliance norms, contractual obligations, and company policies.
