Green Field EHS Project Work :-

• Green field Project of Integrated Steel and Power plant: All clearances form Ministry of Environment Forest & Climate Change: TOR, Environment Clearance, Public Hearing, Permission to establishment and Operate, feasibility report, Presentation as well as all documentation work etc. Approvals and permissions from industrial health and safety department.

Coordination & Communication :-

• Coordination with State Pollution Control Board, Central Pollution Control Board, Ministry of Environment Forest & Climate Change, Director Occupational Health and Safety and other Statuary Authorities.

Environment Management & Pollution Control :-

• Water & Waste Water Management, Air pollution Control Management, Solid Waste Management, Hazardous Waste Management, Legal Actively involved in obtaining the entire environment related permissions from Ministry of Environment & Forest, State Pollution Control Boards, State Environment departments, Factory Inspector, Boiler inspectors for existing as well as new projects.

• Involvement of the finalization of the pollution control devices of the plant considering to air and water.

• Devise effective strategies for creating efficient procedures for the preparation and implementation of programs within the area of environment & industrial safety at all the locations

• Take initiative for implementing best practices of environment management within and outside the factory during the construction & operational stage

• Identify shortfalls in awareness/understanding/access of process and practice while providing effective solutions; handling incident and non-conformance reporting

• Lead efforts in developing & executing best practices & standard operating procedures targeting at organizational excellence

• compliances, i- compliance & implementation of all legal compliances etc coordination with consultant, equipments suppliers, Training consultant etc.

• Develop and implement Safety, Health, Environment

  and Fire Management System for the Organization.

• Ensure compliance to SOPs, Manuals & Work Instructions and create a disciplined, healthy and safe working environment for plant personnel.

• Implement HSE policies and initiatives driven by Corporate HSE.

• Ensure compliance with legislative and other requirements related to Safety , Health, Environment & Fire standards; and assure compliance through audit and gap assessment.

• Develop documentation/procedures frameworks that meet legislative requirements.

• Monitor audit non-conformances identified during Safety inspections.

• Where gaps exist, work with site/process owners to put in place strategies to action shortcomings such as development & training of personnel, modifications to operating procedures and changes to processes.

Online Monitoring System : -

• Continuous Ambient Air Quality Monitoring Station (CAAQMS), Continuous Emission Monitoring System (CEMS), Metrological Monitoring and operating, environmental monitoring Equipments.

Setup New Environmental Laboratory and Establishment :-

• New setup of Pollution Control Monitoring Laboratories and Equipments for Monitoring, Analysis and Controlling of Air, Water, Noise & Soil Pollution of Industries as well as installation of CAAQMS, CEMS, Automation and data transmission connectivity with SPCB and CPCB server.

New Setup WTP, ETP & STP : -

• Setup new Water Treatment Plant, Effluent Treatment Plant, Sewage Treatment Plant etc.

Processing & Commissioning of Treatment Plant :-

• Process Commissioning along with Operation and Maintenance of Physico -chemical Treatment, Anaerobic Treatment and Aerobic Treatment Plant.

Integrated Management System :-

• Documentation and Implementation of ISO-9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001.

Horticulture Management :-

• Site development, Green belt development, Lawn development and Beatification work of the Plant.

Rain Water Harvesting : -

• Reports & harvesting pits preparation and management.

Solid waste Management : -

• Open Land filling, Mine filling, Closing and opening of solid waste area/mines, Mount of waste covering and its management by covering with top soil and development of eco-restoration and Greenbelt development. Geo-mating management, stability and drainage management Eco-restoration of solid waste area.

Conversation of report :-

• EIA Reports converts English to Hindi for Public hearing.

Key Achievements :-

• Played a pivotal role for implementation of Environment Management Systems (ISO 14001), OSHAS 18000 and Quality Management System (ISO 9001) as a Management Representative (MR), Clean Development Mechanism and Corporate Sustainability Reporting.

• Recognized for implementations of Zero Waste Practices in the projects and minimize the fugitive effects by implementing new efficient technologies.

• Plan to recycling of the all solid wastes generated in to the process

• Initiatives to reduce the fuel consumptions by using of alternative fuels.
