Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Manager/Sr. Manager/AGM - Industrial Sales. The role involves managing and leading sales activities aimed at achieving company sales targets. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying potential clients, maintaining strong client relationships, overseeing the sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also includes conducting market research, tracking sales performance data, preparing reports, and coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Sales and Business Development experience in the industrial gases sector
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing sales strategies
• Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in market research and data analysis
• Experience in preparing sales reports and presentations
• Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Experience in the industrial gases industry is a plus
