Role & responsibilities Generate business from both new and existing customers. Drive marketing initiatives to increase order value per equipment. Identify new business/project opportunities across all sectors. Prepare and execute the yearly business plan to meet sales targets. Lead enquiry generation, techno-commercial offer preparation, and tender participation. Manage vendor registration and capability enhancement processes. Conduct techno-commercial negotiations with clients. Interact with PMCs, EPCs, and key stakeholders in Oil & Gas, Fertilizer, Petrochemicals, and Power sectors. Attend pre-bid meetings, clarify scope, delivery timelines, and commercial terms. Coordinate with internal departments for contract review, execution, and delivery status. Handle claims, delivery extension approvals, and client visit documentation. Preferred candidate profile In-depth knowledge of static equipment and manufacturing processes. Raw material sourcing and application knowledge in Oil & Gas, Refinery, Fertilizer & Petrochemical industries. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Online tendering & e-bidding.
