Emergencies management - Managing emergency situations and driving the support. Liasoning with internal and external stakeholders Statutory Compliance Management Managing local statutory compliances related to municipal matters, contract labour, shops and establishment, electrical and fire etc. Vendor Management Related Vendor payments, vendor evaluation & formulating of Service Level Agreements, their service review. MIS/Reporting/Documentations Hands on creating functional reports in excel Presentations and analysis. Supporting Facility Operations Supporting facility operations as & when needed. Expectations from this role – It is independent role who shall be responsible to drive defined responsibilities with minimal support and guidance Person should be self-motivated to drive mentioned responsibilities. Should be flexible in his approach and adopting the organizational culture Good in managing stakeholders, liasoning with external authorities Carry required knowledge and skills to manage processes end to end with minimal support Clearly understands his role and contributes to the organization to achieve its goals and objectives Driving health & safety practices in the organization – records, Events, leading Audits, awareness campaign, etc. Qualifications: Thorough knowledge of subject Experienced in performing the above roles and responsibilities in past Excellent in communication skills Serviced in Armed forces is an advantage (Good Communication skills is must)
