Manager Secretarial (Governance & Corporate Compliance)

Role Overview: You will be responsible for assisting the Company Secretary and Chief Legal Officer, as well as the Head Secretarial (Governance & Corporate Compliance) at Tata Steel and its group companies. Your main role will involve ensuring timely compliance, monitoring, and conducting Board & Committee meetings. This position is at IL5 level on a contract basis, requiring necessary experience and awareness of internal processes. Key Responsibilities: - Support and assist the Company Secretary & Chief Legal Officer in the conduct of Board and Committee meetings. - Assist the Company Secretary and Head Secretarial (Governance & Corporate Compliance) with various compliances under the Companies Act, 2013, Secretarial Standards, SEBI Regulations, etc. Qualifications Required: - Sound knowledge of Company Law with good interpretational and analytical skills in corporate laws.
