Manager - SAP WM / EWM

As a Manager - SAP Support & Special Projects focusing on SAP WM / EWM, your role is crucial in enhancing warehouse operations and ensuring operational excellence. Your responsibilities will range from project planning and implementation to configuration, customization, training, and continuous improvement to optimize warehouse management processes. Key Responsibilities: - Possess strong domain knowledge in warehousing with experience in both ECC and S/4 HANA systems - Knowledge of SAP TM module is beneficial - Understanding of RF, PPF actions, and Queue Management in SAP EWM - Accumulate 8 to 10 years of experience in WM / EWM SAP with at least 3 to 4 end-to-end implementation experiences - Proficient in handling various warehouse operations such as Inbound, Outbound, Cross Docking, Wave Management, Kitting, Internal Transfers, Warehouse Process Type Determination, Material Flow System, Movement Types, Physical Inventory, Transfer Request, Transfer Order, Warehouse Tasks, Warehouse Orders, etc - Ability to address cross-functional business or system issues and integrate with SAP SD, MM, PP, & QM modules - Familiarity with advanced EWM functions, business processes, and best practices - Skilled in interacting with multiple business stakeholders, functional teams, and multitasking Qualifications Required: - Certification in SAP ECC or S/4 HANA (WM/EWM) is preferred - Strong oral, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills - Passion for enhancing user experience and going the extra mile - Excellent knowledge of SAP WM / EWM In this role, you will be responsible for: - Demonstrating expertise in WM / EWM module in SAP and configuring the module in ECC & S/4 HANA - Integrating WM / EWM with other SAP modules such as SD, MM, PP, & QM - Providing SAP Support and Enhancements in WM / EWM module - Identifying, evaluating, and developing cost-effective systems and procedures to meet user requirements - Planning and executing unit, integration, and acceptance testing, along with creating system specifications - Coordinating end-user training documentation and conducting training sessions as needed - Keeping abreast of trends and innovations in the WM / EWM module - Enhancing warehouse operations" efficiency, productivity, and accuracy - Managing project activities including coordination, organization, planning, scheduling, communication, documentation, and monitoring of business practices, processes, and scenarios You will report to the Chief Manager - IT / General Manager - IT and collaborate with internal stakeholders including Corporate Finance, Business Finance, SCM, Marketing, GBSS, Procurement, and HR, as well as external stakeholders like Auditors and External Consultants.,
